Racing Season Hiatus

So the racing season we where so much looking forward to, of course, has not turned out like anything we could have even have started to imagine.

In light of all the troubles with COVID-19 we have been lucky. So we do not really have much to complain about.

So with all races cancelled we thought it would be a good opportunity for us to do some proper training and testing.

But most of the tracks around us has been limiting access to club-members only. And then we had a comedy of different problems that kept us at home. Including a broken head cylinder gasket on our Rocket Rider Transporter – motor search and replacement operation required. And then an a sprained driver wrist due to a heroic flying soccer goalie superman move – no use of left hand for 10 days.

But enter summer and things might start to ligthen up a little. From mid June the recommendations regarding smaller sporting events are changing her in Sweden. So we will be able to take part in the Easy Kart Race in Järfälla June 17. It will be the first event for us since last year. Yay!
